Background: Lyron grew up in one of the distant weyrs' sea holds. He grew up a fisherman and still enjoys fishing when possible, but he likes his new life at the weyr. Lyron was 15 when he was chosen to go to Cobalt Weyr, as he was an only child and his parents had passed of illness, and he arrived at the weyr on the Dawn Lady on his 16th birthday.
