Firestone Duty

Percy walked with slumping shoulders to the piles of Firestone. He picked up a smaller 15kg bag and filled it. Then he filled a 30 kg bag and started a stack of each. He looked up after he had several bags in each stack. Where were the others? He certainly wasn't gonna do this by himself!

Alan walks in a grabs a bag and started to pick up Firestones. Alan turns and smiles at Percy before continuing his duty.

Percy smothered a sigh. "About time."He muttered under his breath. He stopped shoveling for a second. "Did you see Morlue? He'd better coem help us before he has to go to dung duty!"Percy said crossly.

With a huff and smelling like dragon poo (from his disrespect for his teacher), Morlue arrives, the brown flit perched on the should. "Percy, don't ask and you wont end up smelling like a dragons behind!" Without another word, Morlue grabbed his shovel, the biggest bag and went to the pile of firestone, filling it to the brim and piling them 2 sacks at a time.

Percy smothered a laugh this time. "So Dungboy finally decided to arrive, eh?"He asked Alan loudly. "So what's dung-duty like dungboy?"He asked, looking expectantly at the cross Morlue.

Alan turns his head to Percy.
"Seems like Morlue did his dung duty first. At least he he is here now." he said, well tossing another bag of firestones into the pile.

"And late as usual."Percy said. "Dungboy, how can your poor flit STAND that smell? You could have at least washed the stench off before coming..."Percy said over his shoulder, stacking another bag neatly on top and straightening the messy piles the others had made.

Upon Percy's torment, Morlue grabs a small bag from his pocket and loaded it with some of the firestone gravel, and begins swinging it over his head. "I'M GONNA GETHA YOU DRUDGEBORN!!!"

"Oh really, Dungboy?"Percy said, still shoveling firestone. "Would you like me to report your lame threat to Ri-Ri? Who knows-maybe you'll get dung-duty for life.."He said, flicking a little piece of gravel at him. "And really-learn to take a joke."Percy said, his smirk turning to a grin. "Come on, let's finish so yo can wash the smell of before the barracks are flooded with girl to amke fun of you."

"Haha, ok Percy, well, sorry about that. Lets roll before we all get made fun of, especially me." And with that, Morlue started wiping the sweat from his brow and followed Percy to the caverns.
